Zune and the Slamdance Film Festival are offering users an exclusive chance to rent some of the same films being shown at the festival on the same day they are being screened in Park City.
The Zune team has always supported up-and-coming artists and we are continuing this tradition by working with Slamdance to make a select number of films from the festival available for rental on your PC, Zune HD or Xbox LIVE.
Learn more about the films on Zune.net:
In addition to the Festival films, we'll be bringing more content from Slamdance for rent or download in the coming months.

New evidence of the coming release of the Zunephone is appearing with details in the latest Zune software pointing t drivers for the new devices. The numbers below are supposed to mean we should see 3 new hardware configurations with the Phone.DeviceDesc description.
Three new hardware devices or stock keeping units (SKU) is certainly interesting. Hopefully what we’ll find are three new Zune Mobile Phones running Windows Mobile 7 and Zune software. We have written previously about the possibiliyt of having a business and personal edition of the new Microsoft phone but the 3rd option is intriguiging. What could the 3rd Zunephone be?
Updated Zune software drivers hints at Zune “Phone” – istartedsomething
New to this version of the driver which was actually generated on October 20, 2009 are several lines which pretty much speak for themselves.

When you hear “Zune phone,” what do you think that means? To some, it means a mobile phone that looks like a Zune HD media player, in terms of form factor and/or user interface. To others, it means a mobile phone that runs the current Zune music and video services. But what if means something else entirely?
