What is the best way to download movies onto the Zune? Are there certain programs you can use to compress or convert the files? I am asking this for my boyfriend. He just got a Zune, but I might be getting one soon, too.

Zune Video Clips Downloads. Unlimited Downloads from a site called Izuneaccess. It says it has over 250 million members. Has anyone joined this site?
