Go to your computer, find the video in your files and drag it into the uploading. Very simple, it’s just like putting music on your Zune. I own one and it’s awesome, easy as fuck.

Hi, it is possible for a transfer tool, such as, 4Easysoft iPhone Manager, which can take it easy to backup iPhone files to Computer, export files/folder from Computer to iPhone, So you can free download the software and connect your player to it and transfer your videos to your computer, then transfer to your new device. Open your Zune program and click on settings>software>collection. That is where the monitored folders are listed. You will see what to do when you get there.

Adding videos in separate folders will NOT organize your videos. Believe me if it did then all of us would be doing that. The only thing I can suggest to help organize your videos is to put the criteria you want them organized by in the video name. For example, I want mine organized by the name of the artist so the file name for the videos begins with the name of the recording artist. I am hoping that Microsoft will have that as an update along with video play lists (which they used to have but took away).

Actually its in widescreen format and the tv isn’t
Zune out is 720×576 and ipod is 640×480

I have a tube tv and a plasma, the zune is at dvd quality with my plasma but on the tube it gets cut off and blurry really crappy.

Yes! i had this problem as well.
I uploaded my videos to www.zamzar.com where you select the file you want to upload, change the preferred outcome to ipod, and they will email you when you are done!

I’ve found them to be very comparable in size to the original, but I have not done a ‘full length’ movie that was not already formatted for a portable device.
