Did you maybe by chance change the name of the video on the Zune software? If you did, then it will not sync.

zamzar rocks. but to get it in my collection, i put it to wmv and save it to my desktop, then it shows up in my collection. but if i save it in my video file, it wont work. idk y

this doesn’t work. I just downloaded the video and used the properties to make it zune, but when I try to sync it to my zune, it is not in my collection, and therefore can’t be synced at all. Useless.

It shouldn’t say u have 2 pay. Its free if u don’t sign up for it. Just copy the URL page
for your video… u know what? There should be a “what to do” page if u need help. Go to there, OK?
