My Zune will not respond when I try to add music from zune to my PC, is there any way around this?
I have tried doing it straight from the music on my device by right clicking and copying to my collection and it doesn’t work. It tells me that my Zune is not responding. Is there any way around this problem or any way to fix it? Please help.

Other than this does your Zune work?
You need the Zune program to work in some way even if you use a hack like zAlternator.
I’m guessing that your Zune software doesn’t recognize that a Zune is attached. Your computer might not even recognize it. If that is the case then check out the info in this article from Zune support.
Your Zune device is not detected by your computer or the Zune software

You can try reformatting the device. Be aware though that this will remove everything from the Zune.
